Which FM system should you choose? 

An FM system (Facility Management System) is a software application designed to help organisations manage and structure the most important data associated with properties.

Basico, in collaboration with Danish Facilities Management (DFM), has several times prepared the report "FM Systems in Denmark," which is a helpful tool to give Danish companies an overview of the various FM systems that exist in the Danish market.

Basico also participates in the development of the "Guide to Valuable Implementation of FM Systems" in collaboration with Danish Facilities Management (DFM).

The guide provides instructions for the phases before, during and after purchasing an FM system and focuses on how an organisation can ensure that the system creates value. The guide contains guidance and advice on how the different roles surrounding FM systems can be brought into play. The development of the guide is supported by Realdania and is part of the project "Foundation for Sustainable and Digital FM".
